A Star is Born!!!!

Ella Kate loves to DANCE! She has been so excited about her recital and could not wait to get on that stage! It was the cutest thing ever to see her up there and it brought tears to my eyes! We were all there to cheer her on and I think Riley was the proudest of us all! She rocked her Recital! Even when her tap shoe went flying off mid tap routine, the girl kept going like the star she is!! We were so proud of her!!!! And boy did she love all of the flowers that she was given after her performance!!! It was a magical night for our little ballerina!!!

Annual Griswold's Memorial Day Weekend

Every year, we go to Dad and Deb's for Memorial Day Weekend, we pile the kids in the car and take off! The kids live in the pool and the adults partake in lots of good food and spirits. Let me just set the scene for you-we are the GRISWOLDS!!!!

If you listen closely, I swear you could hear "Holiday Road, oooooo oooohhhh Holiday Road!" in the background! We lived up to our Griswold name-kids everywhere, toys strewn about, sippy cups mixed in with beer bottles, little potty breaks pool side and a near caddyshack moment thanks to Luca, dixie cups for wine by the pool,full bellies that require half a bottle of Tums, sunburns, and laughter! ALOT OF LAUGHTER!!! When we get together, we sure do have some fun!!!
















And this was probably the most precious sight ever- SILENCE IS GOLDEN!!!! This was the only quiet time we had all weekend!
